The Marketplace
Everything here installs into YOUR accounts and runs on YOUR AI subscription. Every product ships packaged for Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini, with install steps for each. All of it was built inside a working practice and run against real work before it was packaged; nothing is a demo. The Practice hosts nothing, holds nothing, and stands between you and nothing. If we disappeared tomorrow, everything you bought keeps working. You own everything.
The king is not on any shelf. The king is you: the practitioner who orchestrates the work.
Pawn openings, knight skills, bishop depth, rook infrastructure, queen systems. Choose a piece to go to its shelf.
This is not a prompt pack. The market is full of cheap prompt PDFs that get downloaded once and abandoned. What is sold here is different in kind: an installed, updated, compliance-screened system you own, built by a practitioner, because the stakes are your name, your clients, and your livelihood.
The floor, free
Three pillars pasted into any AI assistant's custom instructions, whatever field you practice in: truth discipline, instructing it to flag what it cannot verify instead of presenting it as fact; objectivity and balance, so it flags bias and shows the other side of a position; and a professional identity scaffold you configure to your own role. Not a sample; the standard below which no professional should let an AI operate. The paid shelves add the fourth pillar for your profession: the compliance foundation, and the working reviewers that guard a license.

Shelf I · Real Estate Practice
Built inside a working Georgia real estate practice, generalized into products afterward. The shelf climbs the board: knights first, the queen's systems last.

A brand identity, built in minutes, that trains your AI to sound like you. Fill in a short profile and your own assistant produces a finished one-page brand board: typographic logo and monogram, palettes with hex codes, a typography pairing, imagery direction, and voice traits with on-brand and off-brand samples, with application mockups rendered on the board. It ships with a paste-ready voice guide block for your assistant's instructions, so future drafts carry the brand, and the board carries a compliance strip on brokerage identification and team names under Georgia advertising rules. Distinct from the personal brand category pack: the pack is content, this is the identity the content runs on.
Your AI's operating rules, installed in ten minutes. Four pillars in your assistant's custom instructions: truth discipline, objectivity, your Georgia real estate agent identity, and a compliance foundation encoding professional ethics obligations, Georgia License Law, and the Fair Housing Act.

A working guard for your license. Two working reviewers, not guidance documents: the Fair Housing Sweep runs seven screens over a listing or ad with the rule cited and a compliant rewrite; the Ethics Check screens client-facing content against professional ethics obligations and Georgia License Law, flagging unverified claims. Includes the full Instruction Framework. The reviewers surface issues for your own broker and counsel; no tool clears compliance. For brokers: under O.C.G.A. 43-40-18 you answer for your affiliates' output; office-wide deployment is risk management.

The fifty jobs an agent does every month, each one pre-engineered across nine categories, screened for fair-housing compliance, flagged where a closing attorney belongs in the loop, and voice-flexible so the output sounds like you. The Claude edition includes the auto-routing skill: type what you need in plain words and the right prompt loads with your details filled in.

Single-file tools that run entirely in your browser: no server, no account, no upload, and they work with the internet off. The files these tools read, closing histories and client databases, stay on your machine, which makes this the strongest privacy posture on the shelf. Deterministic arithmetic only; each rate and day-count is an on-screen editable field, and outputs are labeled as the estimates they are.

Shelf III · Marketing and Design Coming soon
Scoped, built, and run against this venture's own brand and campaign work before anything was packaged: the voice rules, the briefs, and the retrospectives behind The Practice itself. Studios and in-house teams lose more hours to unwritten constraints than to the work. These write them down once.

Shelf IV · Owner-Operators and Small Business Coming soon
Built inside Stoa, LLC, the small business that runs this marketplace, because these were the jobs falling off its own list first. Every one of them is work an owner knows should happen weekly and does not.

About these products. Products sold on this page are educational and productivity materials for use with third-party artificial intelligence platforms. They are tools, not legal advice, and purchasing or using them does not make you a client of anyone: no attorney-client relationship is created with The Practice, its founder, or any law firm, and none of the protections that come with having a lawyer, including confidentiality, apply to anything you do here. For advice about your situation, talk to your own attorney or other professional advisors. The seller of every product on this page is Stoa, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. The Practice does not host, operate, or control the AI systems these materials are used with.
Your AI, your outputs, your responsibility. These materials configure and guide AI systems that you own, subscribe to, and operate. AI systems can and do produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate output, including when configured with these materials. Platform behavior, model versions, settings, and updates are controlled by the platform providers and are outside The Practice's control. You are responsible for independently reviewing and verifying every output of your AI systems before relying on it or publishing it. If you are a licensed professional, these materials do not reduce or replace your obligations under the laws, regulations, and ethical rules that govern your license, including any supervisory obligations that apply to your role. Compliance-touching products surface language for your own counsel and supervisors to review; no product clears, approves, certifies, or ensures compliance, and automation does not insulate anyone from responsibility for a discriminatory outcome.
No warranty; limitation of liability. These materials are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Practice's total liability arising from any product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product, and The Practice shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including damages arising from the outputs of your AI systems.
Compliance-related materials. Materials that reference laws, regulations, or ethical codes (including fair housing, license law, and professional ethics content) summarize published rules for educational purposes as of their revision date. Laws change. These materials are not a substitute for the primary sources, your own attorney, or the professional who supervises your work. When in doubt, consult the primary source and a licensed professional. One correction worth stating plainly, because much of the industry gets it wrong: there is no current HUD word list. The familiar list of phrases agents are told to avoid came from advertising guidelines HUD deleted in their entirety effective May 1, 1996; the substantive prohibitions survive in the Fair Housing Act and HUD's regulations, and those are what our materials cite. No product here claims to use HUD-approved language, because no such list exists.
Refunds and updates. See the checkout provider's terms presented at purchase for refund policy. Product updates, where offered, are delivered as described on the product card.
